SG-30F
For each type of welded joint, WK offers an automated solution and the SG-30F is a good example of this. It is a magnetic welding carriage that nevertheless has a flexible guide that can adapt perfectly to any contour of the work piece. The fixing of this guide is done by magnets with ON / OFF device which greatly facilitates the work of assembly and disassembly of the guides. The carriage has an oscillator with multiple adjustable modes.
Description
- Any welding position for curved parts and flexible rail traction with panel control and remote control.
- End-of-stroke sensors on both sides of the automaton to stop the carriage movement and welding.
- Magnetic translation with 4 wheels with flexible guide with minimum curvature of 3 meters in two dimensions and magnetic release magnets on / off for easy assembly / disassembly.
- Precise control of the oscillation to achieve constant oscillations, maintaining the welding quality.
